Our school is based in the brand new £100m AMEX Community Stadium. Our classrooms are spacious, modern, with excellent A/V equipment. Our host families are hand-selected to provide the most comfortable stay possible. Food is prepared in the stadium where meals can be taken, alternatively you can eat with your host family. The social programme is designed to give the right balance between activities and rest. We also include access to Online learning before and after the course finishes.

- Services must be paid in full 28 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 12 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: 0% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 30 days before course start: 100%% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 28 days before course start: 25%% refund

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.
