Student information

The Bright School of English is a professional and exciting school, where you will meet new friends and enjoy a new culture. We offer a range of English courses from General English to Business. We can also help with all your travel and accommodation needs.

All our teachers are fully qualified and experienced. The classrooms are fully equipped and hold no more than 12 students . Our school includes a student’s common room and a computer room with free internet access.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days of the start date the following charges will apply:

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.


Other terms

The accommodation rent is valid only for the person and dates specified. Any changes of dates must be notified to us in writing or by e-mail at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.
We reserve the right to allocate alternative accommodation without prior notification.
If student's attendance (excluding authorised holidays) falls below 80%, their name will be removed from the class register and they will not be allowed to continue their studies.
