Cancellations before the course start date

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Failure to provide written notification will result in charges being incurred.
If you cancel your course more than 4 weeks before arrival, we retain your deposit and registration fee.
If you cancel less than four weeks before your course starts, we also charge one week’s tuition fees.
If you cancel less than one week before your course starts, we will also charge one week’s accommodation fees if you have
