Student information

Interlink has been operating from new premises at The Equinox, Main Road, Sea Point. The Equinox Building, recently completed, is a state-of-the-art architectural landmark in the heart of Sea Point. It is the only building of its kind in Sea Point, is access controlled and has first class facilities for student comfort and learning. All the classrooms are air-conditioned and most have floor to ceiling glass windows with beautiful mountain views. There is a student café area with free wifi access

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy


Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 50 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

• Course fees and any other fees shall be payable two weeks before the start of the course. All bank charges must be paid by the student.
• No refund is possible in the event of cancellation after the start of the course, or of non-arrival of the student.
• No refund is given if a student is asked to leave due to unsatisfactory attendance or performance.
• Only private (one-to-one) tuition missed due to public holidays will be made up at other times.
