Worldwide School of English offers English language education for students at a great location in mid city Auckland. We offer 7 levels of General English. Our classes have a maximum of 15 students. We offer Cambridge BEC Business English classes and the TESOL + TKT as well as Cambridge FCE/CAE, IELTS and TOEIC Exam Preparation classes. We arrange Homestays with New Zealand families and apartment accommodation at central Auckland locations. We have great facilities and nationality mix.

This is a full-time class open to students who are strong Intermediate to Advanced level (students requiring an IELTS score of 5.0 to 6.5).
The IELTS class at Worldwide School is offered in 8 week cycles and it is strongly recommended that students enrol for the full 8 weeks. Course intakes are week 1 and week 5 and the minimum booking period is 4 weeks. Students must study full time.
Our classes run from Monday to Friday Students are also expected to sign up for practice tests on a Friday.

Business English is a General English AFTERNOON OPTION (10 hours per week including practice tests) for higher level students who usually take it as part of a full-time intensive class. Our Business English course follows the BEC Vantage curriculum.

Our school facilities include computer rooms (with FREE Email & Internet access), free wifi wireless connection, library with self-study areas, recreation areas, a movie theatre, kitchens and a student room.
A full range of daily after school activities, social events and weekend trips are also organised through our activity and social programme.
Native language counsellors, academic counselling/placement for further study and airport pick-up is all free for Worldwide Students.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy


Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge NZ$500 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
