Clients return a completed Language Needs Analysis Questionnaire to CES in advance, to help us to prepare the most effective course for your requirements. CES arrange a home stay accommodation in areas that are carefully selected by our Accommodation Officers and all homestays have been visited and approved by them. All the home stays are in pleasant suburbs close to good public transport. If a student wishes to leave their family, at least 7 days’ notice must be given to the School. If one week’s notice is not given, one full week’s accommodation must be paid. Accommodation can be from 2 - 24 weeks.

CES can offer you the complete range of English language course options as well as accommodation options. We are an official IELTS test centre and offer over 30 exam dates throughout the year. CES has over 33 years experience in teaching English and we have a fantastic group of qualified teaching staff. We have a dedicated member of staff to look after your welfare as well as a dedicated Accommodation officer. We offer a fantastic social and cultural programme

Terms & Conditions


- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for cancellations.


Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 175 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
