The ISI Tokyo dormitory is located on the 3rd floor of the same building as the school. It is in the Shinjuku area, a very convenient location. This dormitory is essentially for long term students, so that short term students can live there only subject to vacancy. Room type 3K(3bed rooms + kitchen) one bed room is for 2 students Facility Bed, desk, chair, closet, and air conditioner are in each room.Kitchen, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, and bathroom are shared by unit. Washing machine and dryer are shared by floor. (free for charge) You will need to pay a deposit upon arrival for the accomodation. The above fees include gas, water, electricity fees. They do NOT include insurance or food. Students should arrive within office hours (Monday-Friday 10am-6pm). These prices are an estimate and are subject to change. Deposit will be returned on departure from the dormitory, on condition that there are no damages to the property caused by the student. At school dormitory, 20,000 yen will be deducted from deposit as blanket fee and cleaning fee and the rest will be returned.
