The most popular course at am Language Studio, General English, is designed to give students a solid introduction to the English language and devotes special attention to grammar, vocabulary building, conversation and pronunciation. While conventional texts and audio equipment form the basis of the lesson structure, teachers encourage language use through role-play, problem solving, discussions and story telling.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before course start: 25% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 7 and 3 days before course start: 30% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 3 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 120 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
