Student information

Terms & Conditions
- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
Cancellation policy - The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
Refund policy - If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: 95% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 13 and 1 days before course start: 75% refund
Visa refusal
Other terms
A total refund is due when we receive written evidence at least 8 days
before the start of the course that a Visa application has been rejected.
With fewer than 8 days' notice, 1 week's accommodation fees will be
charged.
There is no right for refund if one decides to cut short a course or change
from a more expensive course to a cheaper one.
Subject to the provision of documentary evidence, refunds on tuition may
be considered in the cases of bereavement or serious illness
