The Combo Course Consists of the Intensive 16 Hours per week + an additional 8 Hours per week private lessons. Totaling 24 hours per week, this course is popular among our senior students who like to learn in a group environment and then top up with some private 1/1 lessons keeping them up with the pace of learning Japanese. In addition to this, the course is also very popular among our short stay visitors who maybe can only stay in Japan for 1-4 weeks. At 24 hours per week, the student will learn around 150 new words per week.

•The Institute is popular among students from European Countries,Australia,Canada and USA. The institute specializes in mixing students accordingly to their nationalities and native languages. For Example

• a group class with a student from China and a students from Switzerland who are both learning Japanese, In this case the Chinese student would move much faster as he/she already has a native Asian language and in this case the characters are similar to Japanese. Therefore we form group classes to suit everyone's needs.

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before course start: 85% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before course start: 80% refund

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 35 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
