General English Morning

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 28 days before course start: 100% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 1 days before course start: 50% refund

Other terms

General

A non-refundable enrolment fee of £40 must accompany your course application. The remaining fees must be paid before the course begins. The student is liable for all bank charges.
The minimum age is 18.
The maximum class size is 8.
Textbooks are not included in course fees however some materials are given free of charge.
A course start date may be postponed but you must give the school 7 days notice, if not an admin fee of £40 is charged.
If you decide to cancel your course, the following course refunds are applicable:
More than 4 weeks notice: full refund
Under four weeks notice: 50% refund
No refunds are made after the course has begun. In the case of private lessons no refunds are made after the proposed commencement date.
The school is not liable for any injury or loss of personal belongings on the school’s premises or on any school organised social activity.
A copy of the student’s original passport will made and kept by the school.
The school cannot be held responsible for grades / scores a student may receive on an external exam.

Student’s responsibilities

Each student must treat school staff, teachers and fellow students in a respectful manner. Failure to do so may result in the student not being allowed to continue the course, with no refund.

Students must arrive for class on time, if someone is continually late it is up to the teacher’s discretion whether the student is allowed to join the class.
