General English 20 lessons per week
Levels: Beginner, Elementary - Level A1, Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Advanced - Level C1, Proficient - Level C2
The Half Day General English course enables you to brush up your English knowledge whilst having the afternoon free for other activities, perhaps to explore Edinburgh’s history, architecture, culture or shops. You learn in small groups and benefit from 15 hours per week.
The course aims to give you confidence in communicating in an English-speaking environment. The course is taught in weekly modules focusing on speaking and listening covering essential grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and common English phrases. General English is designed for students who wish to improve their ability to communicate in English while experiencing the vibrancy and excitement of Edinburgh.
