Student information

• We invite you to visit the city every Monday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

• From Monday morning, your teachers take care of you. During a small meeting from 8:30 am to 8:45 am, they will explain you the important points for the success of your stay (how works the school, the city, our classes ...)

• The school is happy to offer you a coffee during breaks, it's here another opportunity for discussions and meetings.

Terms & Conditions: The Montpellier Language Institute

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 30 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: 70% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 8 and 30 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 4 and 7 days before course start: 25% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 2 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

If you come from a country where you need a visa to come in France :
* We ask you an amount of 100€ for your pre-registration. Then, we will send you a pre-registration certificate that you will be able to provide to the embassy. This amount is not refundable if you don’t obtain your visa.
We will deduct the 100€ of pre-registration of the total.
