One to One teaching is the most effective and efficient way to learn. With this method you make fast progress in a short time. One lesson of "one to one" tuition can cover 3 lessons of a general class.

All lessons will be tailor-made to meet your needs – you tell us what you want to accomplish. This is cost effective and you will notice progress in a short time. We welcome all levels to apply and we are focused on your results.

Our General English Language courses aim to help you rapidly improve your communication skills in everyday situations, with an emphasis on speaking skills. Instead of just relying on published textbooks, we use a variety of additional materials including role-plays, authentic materials, magazines and newspapers, videos and DVDs.

Warnborough Intensive School of English (WISE) is a recognised centre for learning English for Students, Executives & Professionals. Warnborough has been teaching English since 1973. We are a small college based in the historic university city of Canterbury, less that 55 minutes from central London. The WISE focus is on adult learners taught on a one-to-one basis, where each student receives personal attention. WISE offers an ideal way for the student to advance quickly and effectively, and thus save time and money. Small group classes ( 2 to 6 students) are available depending on demand and level of English. Our teachers are professionals – qualified, experienced and friendly. Closed groups is an option for companies/institutions who want to send a group of employees to learn the same thing for the same period of time. The WISE Integrative Approach The WISE teaching method integrates reading, writing, vocabulary, comprehension, pronunciation and speaking competencies. Terms & Conditions: Warnborough Intensive School of English (WISE)

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 30 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 21 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a student needing to finish his course early, it is WISE policy to refund any remaining tuition & accommodation fees. The student has to give 4 weeks’ notice. The refund is minus the cancellation fee equivalent to 4 weeks’ tuition and also minus accommodation fees, if applicable. The registration fee which is paid when the student first applies is non-refundable. Please note that Visa Nationals will not get a refund. WISE will deduct administration as £150.
