•Social Programme At the WLA we believe it is important for students to make friends and experience the rich cultural life that London offers. For this reason, we run an exceptional social programme at the Wimbledon Language Academy which seeks to cater for the tastes of all our students including regular theatre trips, social evenings, football matches and sightseeing trips. Classes The maximum class size is 25. Occasionally classes will rise above this number temporarily.

Terms & Conditions: Wimbledon Language Academy

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for cancellations.

Visa refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- week tuition
- week accommodation

- week accommodation
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds will only be given if a student is refused a student visa. We will require the copy of the visa refusal letter issued by the British Embassy or the photocopy of the passport with the entry refusal stamp.
